Tatiana specialises in Compensation law, conducting Motor Vehicle accident, Medical Negligence, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability matters for clients in NSW and abroad. She studied law in Russia, before arriving in Australia in 1999 and joining Wyndere Dibbs Solicitors as a Paralegal. Tatiana completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in Sydneyin 37745 and has now been practicing law as a solicitor for 3 years. A member of the Law Society of NSW a member of the NSW committee of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, she is an efficient and good-natured member of the Stacks/Goudkamp team. 

Personal Injury Litigation Experience

Tatiana’s warm and caring approach puts her injured clients at ease. She speaks Russian and Mandarin, and often conducts matters for non-English speaking clients. Tatiana has several international clients who were involved in accidents whilst holidaying in Australia, including clients inthe UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Asia. She often travels to meet with clients who find it difficult to come to Sydney, at the same time visiting accident sites, gathering evidence, and meeting with the doctors, family and friends of clients. 

Tatiana is an independent worker with strong research and problem-solving skills. Her interest in medicine means that she has a thorough grasp of medical terminology, extremely beneficial in handling compensation claims. 

Outside of Work

Away from the office, Tatiana is kept busy with her one-year old son. When she finds the time, she enjoys playing the piano and tennis. She lived in China for two years while she completed her Bachelor of Chinese Philology, and has traveled extensively through Asia and Europe.
