PERSONAL INJURY - LEGAL COSTS
At Stacks/Goudkamp, will charge no fees unless and until the claim is successful. This means if you don't win your case, you won't pay.
Please note that fees are never paid on a percentage of the outcome.
Percentage payments only apply in the United States.
If your claim is successful the insurance company will pay most of your legal fees. In the meantime, Stacks/Goudkamp will pay your outgoings (i.e. disbursements to cover the cost of medical reports, police records, ambulance and hospital records etc).
On the successful conclusion of your claim, the insurer will reimburse us for the disbursements. If the claim is unsuccessful these outgoings will be written off by Stacks/Goudkamp.
To ensure state laws are followed, it will be necessary for Stacks/Goudkamp to enter into a fee agreement with you.
This agreement will reflect the above mentioned terms and conditions.
If you are in need of legal advice, contact Stacks/Goudkamp today. Stacks/Goudkamp is a Sydney based law firm with Accredited Specialists in Personal Injury Law and Compensation matters.
