KASARNE ROBINSON - SENIOR ASSOCIATE
PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER

“I find obtaining a good result for a client extremely rewarding; knowing that the compensation they receive will make a difference to their lives and those of their family, is very satisfying”.

Kasarne specialises in Compensation law, handling claims for individuals arising from work and motor vehicle accidents, and conducting Public Liability, Victims Compensation and Medical Negligence matters. She worked as a law clerk at Turnbull Hill Lawyers in Newcastle, before joining Stacks in 37737. Kasarne then worked as Legal Executive for Cogent Lawyers in London for 18 months, and re-joined Stacks in 37745. She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in May 37743. Kasarne is also admitted to the High Court of Australia. A member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the NSW Law Society, she is an experienced and respected member of the team.

Personal Injury Litigation Experience

Kasarne’s excellent knowledge of all areas of Compensation law allows her to identify a number of potential courses of action that might arise from one incident, so that her clients receive the maximum entitlement for their injuries. For example, the compensation entitlements for a Motor Vehicle Accident as opposed to a Workers Compensation claim, are very different, so being able to assess each claim and compare the entitlements to achieve the best result is of enormous value to a client.

A skilled researcher with strong analytical ability, Kasarne has an eye for detail which helps to ensure that no important piece of information is missed. She is a good listener and devotes herself to each case, regularly travelling to visit clients in Sydney and Newcastle. Shehas acted for non-English speaking clients through the use of an interpreter, and for clients based in England and Ireland.

Kasarne has experience in a range of Compensation matters. She was recently published in Precedent (Issue 91, March/April 37748), with “National Round-Up: PersonalInjury Damages NSW”, a summary of compensation damages for Motor VehicleAccident, Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Medical Negligence claims in NSW.

Outside of Work

Outside the office, Kasarne loves to spend time with her close network of friends andfamily. She also regularly attends pilates classes.

Kasarne is a warm and friendly member of the Stacks/Goudkamp team.
